Dr. Jayson Shephard is a highly trained and skilled chiropractor who brought the innovative Active Release Technique (ART) to Western Canada in 1997. He specializes in this technique and is a certified ART instructor. Dr. Shephard is one of only a handful of International Instructors in Canada, and is a member of the ART Elite Provider Network (EPN) - a membership of the most experienced and accomplished ART Providers around the world.

Dr. Shephard and his team have had great success treating patients with a range of cumulative trauma disorders utilizing a combination of chiropractic adjustments, ART, laser therapy, massage therapy, Biomechanical Analysis, and the Graston Technique. His innovative techniques and personal attention, coupled with his reputation as being an expert in his field, has attracted Dr. Shephard's current patient base, which includes Olympic and professional athletes from around the world, as well as many individuals with chronic and acute injuries.

Dr. Shephard has been frequently profiled by local media and comes highly recommended by medical physicians, acupuncturists, physiotherapists and other practitioners in the medical field.

Dr. Shephard is a graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractic.
